Why is it that every girl I know that’s into fitness’ diet always only consists of 25 smoothies a day? God women are stupid.

I was unaware that any humor could come from a cutting diet, and then this happened..
I know no one really gives a damn about updates like this, but i woke up this morning at 276.6! I’m only one pound away from my competition weight, and my competition is next Saturday. I did it! And wish me luck!
So, everyone’s been posting pictures of their breakfast and water bottles lately. So here you go! 1/4 cup of oats, a strawberry whey protein shake, all of my supplements: waterex, CLA, a thermo igniter, multivitamin, and fish oil.
Oh, and my gallon of water, you know what they say “a gallon a day…….. Uhm… Uh… Gets you fuckin shredded.”
